Create three dishes that will easily serve 6 people to take home and freeze and the chance to taste the same recipe as part of the course. Dishes such as lattice mince tart and a damson parfait for example and Christmas isn’t Christmas without something chocolate.

The full-day course is 'jam' packed with hints, tips and techniques that will help you excel at baking or discover a new passion you never knew you had.
