A real treat to have Stephanie Moon in Malton cooking at The Cooks Place
Steph, who is no stranger to the School or the food scene in Malton generally, is a farmers daughter from Skipton, trained at Craven College where she won a work placement at Londons renowned hotel ‘The Dorchester’. She was offered a full-time position working for world-famous chef Anton Mosiman.
Steph is now Consultant Chef at Rudding Park in Harrogate and Galtres Lodge in York.
If that wasn’t enough Steph can often be found at the food festivals and occasionally on TV demonstrating her culinary skills.

Course Outline

Arrive for a glass of wine, individual canapes and great company. Sit, relax and let Steph take you through the great evening of proper Yorkshire food.

Wine, beer and a selection of drinks are available to purchase on the night.
