A bit of fun for a Thursday night, puddings and prosecco pits you and a partner against other pairs to make the perfect pudding! You and your partner have just over an hour to prepare your sweet treat from the recipe provided (with the help of head tutor Gilly). After which we will crack open the prosecco, judge and eat!
